Calcium is very important to our body because our body can not produce calcium by yourself.


Before age 30 our body can keep Calcium so well, but after 30 years we will need to add more Calcium by supplement or good foods.


Most of people will think so much Calcium is in milk, but not everyone can absorb it from milk.

Asian take 10% African 15% Caucasian can take 90% absorption from milk

because in stomach has no enzyme to digest milk as well. That is the reason why Asian people can not get big even they drink so much milk per day because body can not digest and absorb Calcium from milk.

1-30 years old need 800 mg 30-50 years old need 1000 mg 50 years up needs 1200 mg If we do not get it enough per day, our body will get Ca from our bones that can cause Osteoporosis.

Should take Calcium with vitamin E, C, D, K for the better result.

Which one is easier to absorb into our body? Calcium carbonate our body can absorb only 10%. Calcium citrate our body can absorb only 50%. Calcium L-threonate our body can absorb 95%.
